Due to the valuable nature of our products, our deliveries require a signature and will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery if requested on order form. We strongly recommend the use of Special Delivery for more valuable items as this is both insured and easier to track in transit.
We aim to dispatch all items quickly, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. All items are subject to availability, and we will inform you immediately if anything is out of stock.
If you are not fully satisfied please return your goods within 7 working days for a refund (except for price of engraving) to:

We will refund the original cost of the goods (i.e. excluding return postage charge). If the goods are faulty we will refund the return postage charge except in the case of vases where customers must return goods at their own cost.
You are able to cancel the goods prior to dispatch and obtain a full refund, but if your goods have already been engraved the cost of engraving and the erasure of your engraving will be deducted from your refund.
For some engraved items, no goods are released before full payment is received. Our normal full refund returns policy does not apply to the pieces or items which have been engraved or modified to meet customer requirements.
Damage In Transit
In the case of delivery damage we must be informed within 48 hours of receipt and the item and packaging returned to us in the condition received, within 7 days. In this circumstance, the item will be replaced.
Prices and Descriptions
All sizes and weights given are averages. As many pieces are handmade, slight variations from the examples shown on the web are possible. Prices fixed at date of acceptance of orders are subject to variation by changes in VAT rates. The VAT rates applied are those ruling on the date of each receipt of money. Postage is charged separately depending on the value and destination of the order.
