The object of THE SILVER CLUB is provide the connoisseur and all who appreciate quality tableware and jewellery with the very finest of traditional English silver made to the highest absolute standards of quality. THE SILVER CLUB hand-crafts silver in its own London workshops and provides the discriminating collector with direct access to the maker.
We like to allow at least 5 working days for engraving (though it is usually faster than this) and obviously more complex projects such as crests or images may take a little longer and we will advise at the time of ordering.
If ordering online, when you check out, please indicate the text you require for engraving in Delivery Note. Alternatively send a separate email to email@example.com or fax 020 7289 5545.
Unless the engraving is very straightforward, we will usually telephone you to discuss and confirm the engraving before we proceed. If in any doubt, please telephone us on 020 7286 5575.
We offer free delivery to UK. Due to the valuable nature of our products, our deliveries require a signature and will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Overseas deliveries are via International Special Delivery at £20 extra charge.
We aim to dispatch all items quickly, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. All items are subject to availability, and we will inform you immediately if anything is out of stock.
All Haviland Silver products are packed in beautiful presentation boxes, cases or pouches with an explanatory leaflet on the hallmarks.
Each piece in this collection is individually made to order. Customers should allow 3 months for delivery.
For Individual items costing below £250 we offer the same service as indicated above for Haviland Silver items. For deliveries above this value we will hand deliver within the UK where possible at no extra charge and where we must use a courier service for UK and overseas we will only charge the listed courier charges.

We will refund the original cost of the goods (i.e. excluding return postage charge). Goods already engraved cannot be returned unless faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund the return postage charge except in the case of vases where customers must return goods at their own cost.
You are able to cancel the goods prior to dispatch and obtain a full refund, but if your goods have already been engraved the cost of engraving and the erasure of your engraving will be deducted from your refund. We will refund the original cost of the goods (i.e. excluding return postage charge).
