We will refund the original cost of the goods (i.e. excluding return postage charge and engraving charge). If the goods are faulty we will refund the return postage charge except in the case of vases where customers must return goods at their own cost.
You are able to cancel the goods (excluding The Silver Club collection) prior to dispatch and obtain a full refund, but if your goods have already been engraved the cost of engraving and the erasure of your engraving will be deducted from your refund.
